Tuna Three Ways: Mousse; Carpaccio; Seared.

To follow
Rare Roast Rack of Lamb, Broad Beans, Lettuce, Peas, Potato Rosti.

To finish
Deconstructed Rhubarb, Rosewater Pavlovas.

  1. Menu Four sounds deliciously seasonal... being especially fond of desserts we could certainly be tempted by rhubarb, rosewater pavlovas! Can't wait to see Menu Five and join you at Charlie and Evelyn's Table very soon, when we next visit beautiful Edinburgh!

  2. i am in absolute agreement with the dessert comment! I LOVE rhubarb. This menu sounds absolutely divine... if you're not careful you might end up with an extra guest!
