    I'm not sure how to address what may be a delicate issue...the stuff in the bowls...the bright orange stuff that looks like delicious soup...it doesn't look like souffle and summer greens...is it ok to mention it? Or will chef throw saucepans at me next time he sees me? Eeek! Mwah xx

    Check you with your keen observation. You are correct. There isn’t a pic of the soufflé or the summer greens as service was, you know, critical! No time for pics when there’s a soufflé risen and waiting...

    The soup shown is the wee amuse bouche - beetroot, orange and mustard seed…

    PS It's a very long way to throw a saucepan (I think you're pretty safe).

    Mmmmmm, that strawberry tart looks AMAZING! Was just thinking of you and realised I hadn't come by here for a little while. Delighted to see it's going so well, and that more dates have been added... hopefully before long David will be over and we can come to one too! Lots of love xx
