Supper Fifteen

Munchkin pumpkins brought a splash of orange and a premature glimpse of Halloween to this table. Champagne set the scene for this sophisticated girls' night out.

Charlie and Evelyn's Table.

Charlie's chair, recently re-upholstered by the lovely Holly.

We served:
To welcome Hot smoked salmon mousse, homemade oat biscuits.

To amuse Rich onion soup, gruyere crutons.

To start Squash and sage risotto, pine nuts, parmesan crisps.

To follow Seabass, caper, lemon rosti, creamed spinach and leek.

To finish Chocolate soup, toasted brioche.

  2. Was actually going to ask, what do you eat when you are not cooking for others? bet you never have beans on toast. It all looks amazing as usual and would love to have dinner there sometime xxx

  3. You'd be surprised. Beans and toast just hits the spot sometimes. We usually have a quick bowl of pasta, if we have time, before the diners arrive and we TRY to make sure we have a decent lunch... x
