Menu Twenty Two

More rich, Winter flavours set the scene for Saturday's diners:

To start
Chestnut veloute, fois gras, celariac, smoked bacon.

To follow
Pheasant, potato, cabbage pancakes, prunes.

To finish
Melting chocolate risotto.
